Brighton Tri Club coached Wednesday evening run interval sessions.

Wednesday Evening Run
Our Wednesday evening run is a coached session running all year, with a break over Christmas and New Year. Sessions run from 19:15 to 20:15.
Booking is required — register via the Training Calendar and check the Run WhatsApp group for the confirmed location before heading out.
- Arrive ready to run by 19:15 to join the warmup
- Arriving at 19:30 is fine if you are joining the main session only
- Road shoes are strongly recommended
- Bring something to drink, particularly in warm weather
No head torches are needed — we do not use unlit locations in winter. For darker sessions we provide optional light-up armbands.
Locations
The location varies week to week and is confirmed via the Run WhatsApp group before each session. Our regular locations are:
Hove Lawns (most common) — East end of Hove Lawns, near The Meeting Point Cafe .
Preston Park — a summer favourite. Preston Park is not used in winter as it is insufficiently lit.
Hamburger Hill — hill repeat sessions in summer along an unlit access road above Brighton Marina. The warmup meeting point is the entrance to the Undercliff Walk from Brighton Marina ASDA car park ; the warmup jog takes you to the hill.
