The club currently operates coached swim, coached run, uncoached trail runs, coached velodrome bike training, coached indoor cycling and uncoached group bike rides. Members receive training sets via weekly emails and WhatsApp groups for self-directed completion throughout the week.

Please note the following when booking:

  1. Advance registration required — unregistered attendees cannot participate in coached sessions
  2. Limited capacity — coached sessions have restricted enrolment
  3. Punctuality — latecomers who miss the session briefing may be excluded
  4. Health — please do not attend if you have symptoms of illness or have been in close contact with someone who has
  5. Cancellations — if you can no longer attend, notify the BTC Cancellations WhatsApp group promptly so your place can be released
